Prof. Henry HuUniversity of Windsor, Canada Biography: Prof. Henry Hu's current research focuses on materials processing and the evaluation of light alloys and composites. His recent fundamental research has centered on transport phenomena, mechanisms of solidification, phase transformation, and dissolution kinetics. In addition, his applied research has encompassed the development of magnesium automotive applications, cost-effective casting processes for novel composites, and control systems for casting processes. Hu's work in the field of light alloys and composites has captured the attention of several automotive companies. He is also a prolific author with over 200 articles published in refereed international journals and conference proceedings. |
Prof. Xinyong Li Dalian University of Technology, ChinaBiography: Xinyong Li is a second-class professor and doctoral supervisor at Dalian University of Technology. He is also the recipient of the second Prize of National Natural Science Award. His main research interests include environmental catalysis and materials, industrial pollution control, energy catalysis, as well as nanoscience and engineering. Prof. Shahid HussainJiangsu University, China Biography: Prof. Shahid Hussain is currently working as a professor (Full) at School of Materials Science and Engineering, Jiangsu University, China. He completed his Ph.D. degree at Chongqing University, in 2015, after starting a Post-Doctoral research fellowship from 2015 to 2017. He joined Jiangsu University as Associate Professor in July 2017 and based on his outstanding achievements and experiences, he was promoted to Full Professor in July 2020 and was also approved by the state Govt of China. Dr. Shahid Hussain and the project team has executed a lot of work in the field of metal oxide, sulfides, MXenes and MOF nanomaterials based applications in gas sensors, supercapacitors and LiS Batteries. He has published high-quality research articles, and also has a wealth of experience, which laid a solid foundation for the project related research. Dr. Shahid Hussain has excellent working experience on gas sensors and has been working on sensor device fabrication since 2011. He has published more than 256 journal research articles indexed by SCI with H-Index is 46 in Google Scholar with 6450 citations (Till date Jul 2023) including Nano Energy, Chemical Engineering Journal, Journal of Hazardous Materials, Applied Materials & Interfaces, Journal of Materials Chemistry A, Sensors and Actuators B, Chemosphere, Inorganic Chemistry, Journal of Cleaner Production, Applied Surface Science, Electrochemica Acta, Materials Science and Engineering, etc. He is also working as an Editor for 18 journals indexed by SCI (Elsevier, Springer, Frontiers, Hindawi, American Scientific Publishers, and MDPI). |
Associate Professor NOUR FATHI SHEHATA ATTIAChemistry Division, National Institute of Standards (NIS), Egypt Biography: Prof. Dr. Nour F. Attia is associate professor at chemistry division, National Institute of standards (NIS). Dr. Attia’s research contributions in the field of nanochemistry, energy storage, water treatments, gas separation, flame retardancy, sensors and greenhouse gases capture. Prof. Attia published more than 69 international papers in high impact factor journals and presented in more than 40 in international conferences. Additionally, Dr. Nour published 6 international patents (2 USA and 4 Korean) and two Egyptian patents were recently filled. He has been awarded several national and international prizes such as State Prize, National Institute of Standards Prize, Medal of Excellence from the first class from President of the Republic 2020 and Obada-Prize. Recently, he has been elected as a member of the Egyptian Young Academy of Sciences for 2021-2024. Moreover, he recently selected as Member of National Committee of New and Advanced Materials 2022-2025. |
